Netflix Investing Big in Pokémon
As reported by Variety, Netflix is collaborating with The Pokémon Company to bring fans a new stop-motion animated series titled “Pokémon Concierge.” The show will follow Haru, a concierge at the Pokémon Resort, as she interacts with various Pokémon and their owners who visit as guests.
The teaser, released on Pokémon Day 2023, showcased a serene beach setting with a Psyduck wandering along the shore. Haru, the young, red-headed protagonist, was revealed in the official poster wearing a Hawaiian-style shirt adorned with grass-type Oddishes and accompanied by her Psyduck.
Produced by Dwarf Studios, known for their work on Netflix’s “My Dad the Bounty Hunter” and “Trash Truck,” as well as Disney+’s “Monsters at Work,” “Pokémon Concierge” promises to deliver a groundbreaking stop-motion animation experience set in the Pokémon world.
